These terms apply to every service provided by TopGear Car Polishing & Protection Co. (TopGear Garage), Al-Rai, Block 1, behind Al-Saif Gallery, Kuwait. By booking a service or signing a job order you agree to them.
Bookings and prices
- Prices depend on the car's size and condition and on the materials chosen. The price agreed with you is written on the job order before any work starts.
- Extra work found during the job is done only after you approve it and its price.
Dropping off your car
- When you drop off your car we look over it with you and write a job order with the services, the prices and any existing damage. You sign the job order.
- Please take valuables and personal belongings out of the car. We are not responsible for items left in it.
- We may ask for a deposit when you drop off the car. It is deducted from your invoice.
Collection and payment
- We contact you when the car is ready. The balance is paid when you collect the car, by KNET or in cash.
- Your invoice lists the services, the prices and every payment made.
Warranty
- Paint protection film (PPF): covers replacement if the film clearly yellows, a sound installation and the repair of any installation defect, and the safety of the paint when the film is removed where the paint is the original factory paint. It does not cover accidents, scuffs or scratches.
- Heat-insulation film (tint): covers a sound installation without defects, and any loss of heat-insulation performance.
- Windshield protection: no warranty; its expected life is 4 to 9 months.
- Ask us for the warranty period of your film when you book; it depends on the product chosen.
Check-up after fitting
For protection and tint, please bring the car back 4 days after collection, between 10 am and 5 pm, so we can check the installation. The warranty is void if this check-up is missed.
