This policy explains what TopGear Car Polishing & Protection Co. (TopGear Garage) records about you and your car, and why.
What we record
- Your name and mobile number, and your Civil ID and email if you give them.
- Your car's details: make, model, colour, plate and chassis number, mileage, and notes or photos about its condition.
- Your signature on the job order, and the services, invoices and payments for your car.
Why we use it
- To carry out and invoice the services you ask for, and to contact you about your car.
- For warranty claims and check-up visits.
- To keep the business records the law requires.
- We send offers only if you agree, and you can stop them at any time.
Who can see it
- Our staff, and the companies that run our systems for us, only to provide our service.
- Card payments are handled by the bank or payment company. We never see or store your card number.
- We do not sell or rent your information. We share it with the authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as Kuwaiti law requires. Other information is kept while you are our customer, and deleted on request when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us. Some records, such as invoices, must be kept by law.
