Cancelling a booking
You can cancel or move a booking free of charge before you drop off your car. Please tell us as early as you can, by WhatsApp or phone.
Deposits
- If you cancel after dropping off the car but before work starts, your deposit is refunded in full.
- Once work has started, materials cut or applied for your car (such as film) cannot be reused. The cost of the work done and the materials used is deducted from the deposit, and the rest is refunded.
Completed work
Completed services are not refundable. If you are not happy with the work, tell us within 7 days of collection: we will inspect the car and correct any defect in our workmanship free of charge, under the warranty terms.
How refunds are paid
- Refunds are made by the method you paid with.
- KNET and card payments are refunded to the same card. It can take up to 14 working days to reach your account, depending on your bank.
- Cash payments are refunded in cash at the shop.
Online payments
When you pay online through a payment link from us, the same rules apply, and the refund goes back to the card you paid with.
